At 3Fold Missions, we believe that education, mentorship, and meaningful relationships can help break cycles of generational poverty and create brighter futures. Pathways to Hope is our flagship initiative in Hosman, Romania, where children receive academic support, mentorship, creative arts opportunities, and spiritual encouragement through trusted local leaders who invest in their lives each week.

How Pathways to Hope Works

The Pathways to Hope Project is built on key goals that guide our work:

• • Academic Support: Students receive tutoring and educational assistance designed to improve confidence, understanding, and academic performance.

  • Mentorship & Encouragement: Through consistent relationships with trusted adults, students receive guidance, support, and encouragement both inside and outside the classroom.

  • Creative Arts & Enrichment: Activities led by local mentors provide opportunities for creativity, self-expression, and personal growth.

  • Child-Centered Care: Every aspect of the program is designed to help children feel valued, supported, and empowered to pursue a brighter future.

Key Program Components

• Peer Teaching & Collaboration: Encouraging students to work together and learn from each other, fostering teamwork and a supportive environment.

• Testing Preparation: Providing dedicated prep for 8th and 12th-grade exams, critical milestones for students’ academic and career opportunities.

• Nutritious Meals & Snacks: Ensuring every child in attendance receives nourishment to fuel their learning and growth.

• Local Leadership & Mentorship: Led by full-time teacher Cezar Boica and supported by local mentors, students benefit from consistent relationships, guidance, and encouragement throughout the year.

Why It Matters

Many children in rural communities face challenges that extend far beyond the classroom. Limited resources, economic hardship, and a lack of educational support can make it difficult for students to reach their full potential.
